There was an address mix up and my item was delivered to a different state. I contacted the seller through eBay messages and got an almost immediate response. Seller was understanding, apologized and sent out another item that day. I received it quickly. All this for a $2 purchase. Says so many positive things about the seller; who they are as a person, and the business they run. I'm impressed 😁
- 7***1 (78)- Évaluation laissée par l'acheteur.Six derniers moisAchat vérifiéat first when the sim cards were being delivered, i noticed that they had incorrect tracking, so then i messaged the seller, and around 2 days later (which is today btw), not only did they respond with an apology regarding tracking, but when i checked my mailbox, i got to see my package delivered and when I opened it, i noticed that they gave me 2 SIM cards instead of 1, and also a refund in case i got upset about it. Now that right there is how you win a customer!

This phone came in a reasonable amount of time and the seller was very kind send out a message saying what to do in case of a problem. Seller also didn't leave any smudges on the phone or the box!
