After 9-10 days of USPS showing they haven't received item, I contacted seller and they didn't hesitate to refund (package lost). Three weeks after initial order, package showed up, box was damaged, antenna was sticking out of one end and out of the original wrap. It looked like USPS took it out, then decided they didn't want it, stuck it back in and retaped the package. USPS really sucked but seller was awesome.

This seller responded quickly to our packaging and shipping request, they went beyond what we expected. They chose FedEx for shipping AAAAA we are vary reluctant to buy anything shipped by USPS anymore, and UPS has gone downhill too. Excellent seller, Excellent Shipper FedEx, good choice.

Excellent Blender
The blender is exactly what I wanted. I use it for protein shakes. it mixes well and handles ice cubes [actually ice cylinders] with no problem The size is more than large enough to handle the ingredients for a large shake, or 2 smaller shakes. This large size has the added benefit of making it easy to clean. I can easily get my medium/large hand into it to clean it. Except for the 4 strengthening ridges, the inside is smooth. No unreachable nooks and crannies where residue can get stuck like my previous blender. The speed options are Low, High and Pulse and will handle most, but not all, foods. READ THE BOOKLET, IT TELLS YOU WHAT IT CANNOT HANDLE.. The cap fits the jar fits well without leaks. The cutting blade base also fits well. There is a safety feature that prevents the ... The blender is exactly what I wanted. Very tough start but now its perfect.
I said yes to easy use, clean but that is conditional. The use is NOT easy if you get a super tight one. It is insane. I had to Emery board down the activation fin at an angle and the locking nubs a bit at a time till the thing would actually go into the lock position. This is apparently a common issue. But now that I have done that its pretty simple. Cleaning is just taking the thing filled with a small amount of water and blending a bit. Letting air dry in the window. I had the seal for the blade some how come out while blending and get wrapped around the blade. Made a huge mess while the contents sputtered out from the seam. I cannot fathom how that was even possible with the container screwed on tight. But the sealing ring is very tough and it was not damaged at all. I also ... I think it was from the container and contents warming up. Normally the flip on the drink top is hard to snap open. These are my only negative experiences I had. It blends very well. I am happy with the size of the containers. It makes quite a meal size. I would recommend.
