When I reached out to the seller I was met with condescending as they refused to help. Seller does not accurately represent the products they sell and takes no care with packaging. I wasn't "condescending" by any measure, nor was the hat "damaged beyond recovery"—there was absolutely no damage, as verified by the photos you provided. Above all, I ACCEPTED THE RETURN. The listing stated that the hat is designed to be transported in a more flattened state, and photos I took and you submitted showed it reshaped.
