Worth noting the rice cooker has a Chinese plug (upside down AU plug) and all markings are in Chinese, and the app usage is recommended to be set to mainland China (in English). This has not been a problem for me. I’m enjoying using this rice cooker, the results are great!

It is all in chinese though and there is no online manual version for this version and it isnt so intuitive to a non-chinese speaker/reader thus i am tormented by the fact that i never bothered to learn chinese beyond a hello. My chinese mum has taken this opportunity to bombard me with ridicule at my bilingual ineptitude. Fortunately she can walk me through how to use my rice cooker while insulting me.

He spend a significant amount of time helping us with an app issue. As for the rice cooker, it is seriously worth the investment for fluffy tasty perfectly cooked rice. Just amazing all round.

OK in the end, but 4 days later than the latest date given, over 3 weeks after ordering, and with erratic tracking. (My order never showed up as 'out for delivery' even after it had arrived.) But a great find - all packaging original and perfect, inside and out, exactly as described, and the Soundsticks system itself remains an outstanding design with wonderful aural space and separation.

That happened after I opened a "Item not received" case. The last pair finally arrived 25 days after I had first ordered. I am happy with the description, appearance, quality and value of my purchases.
