Was contacted by soltyr whilst they had my burner on test, it was working fine and they sent me a whatsapp video. The whole process from posting off to receiving my water heater back along with a refund took just 3 days!!! Great service!!!! Follwing advice on where to check, my water heater is back in the caravan and working perfectly. Thank you soltyr.

Sent off my fridge PCB special delivery and had a call next morning to say it had been tested and no fault found, but chap I spoke to suggested other things that could be my fault. Had it back the next day.
