This one arrived in perfect condition because the Seller took the time to pack it properly. In the case of fragile figurines, taking the time means a lot of time, and a lot of effort, and a lot of carefully placed protective materials. So if you're thinking of buying something that is fragile from this seller, this buyer had a great experience!

I thought I was ordering the teaspoons, and when they arrived (VERY quickly!) I discovered they were *soup* spoons (in great condition). I contacted Michael, and he was very quick to offer to take back the spoons, which he didn't have to do. I was so grateful for his understanding. I will definitely look at his items again!
