They denied a refund until I got eBay involved. They told me flat out that they don't accept returns or refunds because walmart doesn't either (That is where the card was purchased) They accused me of being a scammer. It is not my fault the card did not work. It was most likely not activated properly. They were completely unprofessional about it.
