A great winning auction price on this new Tamiya kit. Seller shipped it out the day after purchase and it was delivered safely within 7 days for an average cost. The kit arrived carefully packaged and as described in the listing and photos. Listed as used but model was 100% complete and in new condition. This was advertised as a new airplane that was damaged in shipment. I appreciate the pics and the fact that the seller never unpacked the contents of the damaged shipping box so I was assured all the original parts were still in the box. And they were. The damage to the plane was easily repaired without the need for glue or buying replacement parts. The plane flys perfectly. I am very pleased with the plane and the seller.

The pictures in the listing showed the box was damaged took a chance to save a little money and the screen on the device was cracked.I sent a picture to seller got a message right back, they told me they would send another device free of charge and didn’t have to return damaged one.I didn’t expect them to do that cause I already knew it could be damaged cause of the damaged box. Long story short the seller is an awesome seller & made customer(me) happy.I will use seller again. Would recommend

Good quality kit, all went well, EXCEPT the fuel tank wouldn't fit, and the wheel pants needed some cutting, AND the screws supplied went in, with difficulty, and now I can't get them out.

Good value for the money, however not a super model.
Easy assembly, however it is lightly constructed. The tail wheel is very weak and the parts did not match, I had to fabricate a new assembly to get it to work. The wood used on the model is very thin and cracks easily. Lastly, I installed a OS 46 engine. When I tried to balance the model it was very tail heave, I ended up buying a spinner weight (2 oz) and add another ounce and a quarter to get it to work.Easy assembly, however it is lightly constructed. Great Planes .40 Escapade
The most complete ARF I have ever put together. Hinges, control horns were all installed and glued un. Rear stab and elevator went on quickly. Only issue is there isn't alot of room for radio gear qnd battery in the fuselage. Position of battery vs receiver in a nitro install per the instructions is a no go. Had to mount the battery between the fuse side and fuel tank. Great plane, Flys fantastic. Jim The most complete ARF I have ever put together. Hinges, control horns were all installed and glued un. Wing fell off midflight
Straight level flight, powered with a .40nt. Balsa gave way around wing bolt plates. Wing floated down, fuselage was a powered lawn dart. Totaled plane, was sent replacement immediately. It flew great the first 3 flights.

This is a great 2nd airplane easy to put together stable flying yet still able to preform most aerobatic. It’s a great every day plane
