      This item was promptly shipped and was priced fairly. It looks like the pictures. Unfortunately, it arrived with two broken pieces leaving the lid to open and expose all the electrical components. I think it's fixable. Extra styrofoam or even bubble wrap may have secured the item better within the box. The box wasn't damaged but the styrofoam inside was shredded to small pieces. I'm assuming this package had a rough ride with the delivery service.

      I haven't received it yet due to delay was sent to different address by mistake, and seller will send me another set which was nice of them to do. I appreciate your response to my request so fast and hopefully will do business with you again. Thank you again for getting back with me as soon as you did. Sorry I can't give no rating as I haven't seen the phones yet. But hopefully they are as nice as they look.

      Works great right out of the box.

      Just plugged it into the phone jack and power and it worked. I didn't bother setting up a message, it comes with a generic one. Instructions are pretty thorough and tell you about all the settings. I had it outside my house, up on top of an RV about 60 feet from my house and the reception was good. I am happy with this purchase.

      I can hear clearly now

      Great phones with All the conveniences, speaker system is great, works perfect, one of the main reasons I purchased this particular brand, light weight, super easy to operate and program. Has plenty store space for numbers in the directory.
