We didn't realise this until we had purchased but we weren't in a rush, and not seeing it was our fault. Bag arrived 2 days after estimated delivery time but suspect this might be Royal Mail's fault. Having said all that.....bag is great and a good price. Arrived well packaged as well so all good.

A couple of weeks later no crocs and no update so I contacted the seller asking for an update. I was told they didn’t have the item and was waiting on them to be delivered to them. I have contacted them numerous times and have to wait days for a reply. Terrible service. Terrible communication I WILL NOT BE UAING THEM AGAIN!!! Hopefully her next purchase from another business, she will look a little closer and not feel the need to leave these comments which are unnecessary
