The box was old, taped together, falling apart and the item was wrapped in old bed sheets. The seller did not make any of the process easy. Was forced to repackage/return the broken item, very inconvenient. After the return/refund USPS wants me to bring the item, I no longer have, for inspection based on seller's claim. Little description of the item but the price was ok. I am so sorry but i did try to get you to keep the item and claim insurance, you refused, i refunded, as i am out the item and to and from shipping. that is not to mention that i didn't get the item free. there was no debris in box picture only on your floor.. did you drop it ?mermaid statue (#146488233032)
