Cov is 10 mile, Lichfield 35 and Bromsgrove 18. Perhaps its time buyers commented on courier and delays in depots

I personally received delivery of the £5.70 part at my front door. On opening the package, I realised that the main part was missing. After contact back and forth, I have been robbed of £19.70. Being given a £5.70 refund for items which I cannot use without the 1st part of the order. Am totally disgusted at the way I've been treated. Will not recommend this seller. Sad that eBay has failed me.
