Purchased a breakable item and they didn't even put it in bubble wrap or a box, just threw it in a poly bag and mailed it out. I contacted them to tell them it broke and they acted like I was stupid and told me that these figures come apart. Like I didn't know that a Lego type character would come apart, do they think I'm stupid? It broke in two places because it got smashed in the mail since they packed it poorly.
