Item arrived late and was damaged. Shipping was incredibly slow, and the item was poorly packaged using dirty animal feed bags. Poor communication throughout the entire process. I decided to have the item repaired at my own expense, instead of sending the item back due to its rarity. The delay in shipping was on the post office's side. I live in a very rural area and some packages take a while before they reach a major city. In regards of the damage during shipping, I offered you a full refund but you declined. I'm also confused by what you mean by "Dirty animal feed bags" Are you sure you don't have this confused with a similar Ebay order? All my shipping supplies are purchased at Costco. The picture does not show a frame so I give the seller A++ for excellent packaging and timely delivery. Im sure this was a proofreading glitch
