    Packaging was great, and it was delivered in a timely fashion. It was a fair value. There was a prominent stain on the front crown that was not mentioned in the description. I would not have described it as “appears never to have been worn.” But it is in good shape, and I will try to clean the hat.

    Ease and Safety

    I bought this for use with a router table I’m constructing. I only needed one but I think I may run a bunch of my tools through them for reasons of both ease and safety. The huge “off” paddle on this switch is valuable, not only because it’s easy to hit, but because it provides a great safety feature - it’s easy to locate and hit in an emergency! In the US, if you’re mounting it into a standard electrical box, be aware that you need the “older build” type which are readily available. I’m very happy with this switch and I’m happy to recommend it ... by buying a few more!

    Almost 5 stars.

    This is a great value and adds safety to many stationary power tools. If you ever experience an emergency in the middle of usung the tool, you can shut it down pronto, thsnks to the large paddle OFF switch. It's a magnetic switch, which could provent a dusaster, because if the power goes off or you blow a breaker, remedying the problem will not allow the tool to restart automatically but instead waits until you press the Start button. Only yhing keeping it from 5 stars is poor instructions that allow one to wire it incorrectly. I know, I did it. Make sure and certain you know how to wire it before proceeding. Great product.

    Number one Safety Item that every Power Tool in Your Shop Need's.

    It's important to be able to quickly turn any machine off in case of an emergency and in a lot of cases both hands are holding the project you are working with. This switch allows you to use your hip or your knee to shut down machine quickly with out using your hands. All of my power tools will have a safety switch like this.

    works great

    i have seen people review this that complain about the lack of instructions but i had no problem as there was a diagram of how to wire it on the item, small and i had to get my reading glasses out to see it but its pretty easy to figure out. put it on my router and works great.

    Perfect bandsaw switch/Estop

    This is a great emergency stop switch. It stays off if power is interrupted, and is super easy to find in a hurry. It mated up to a deep plastic work box perfectly- and I do recommend a deep work box. Some say they had to modify the holes- I did not have to modify anything. The directions are so-so, but very doable with some electrical background. I bought a second for my wood lathe.
