Then they sent the replacement and that took another two weeks. Since they messed up the problem, they should have offered faster shipping or something. Customer service was ok, just slow.

They treated me very well, never mistreated me, gave me a free return label, and refunded me in full. I'm in another country; importing it would have caused me a lot of losses. I sincerely hope they sell a lot. They are very polite and respectful people; I recommend them 100%. A thousand apologies.

The seller approached me with a very slight discount and I countered with something a bit substantial. But was met with the same $1.99 off initial offer. I took it, but I am not sure that I will be a repeat customer.
