I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund which they agreed to and gave. They shipped very quickly, but item was shipped in a bubble mailer and not very protected but they made it right. I definitely would do business with this seller again.

Item initially arrived, unfortunately broken from shipment. But, I messaged the seller after receiving. With attachment pics. And they responded very quickly. Apologizing, and offered to send a new figure. Second figure arrived today. 0 issues. They made good on the purchase. Not everybody on here is so honest and responsive.
