      Great until it snaps...

      As many other reviews have said, the product is great and works well until it snaps. I thought people must have been too rough and causing them to break, but after using the Jazz band for a week and it snapping in half, I now know they were right. For the cost and to only last a week, I suggest an alternative product until the manufacturer can get the issue corrected...

      Break easily

      I tried them on as soon as I got them in the mail. They felt great in my ears,comfy, cool and I like the NRR rating. So I immediately ordered another pair. I took the first pair to work and the thing snapped on the first day! Then when I got my second pair they snapped on the second day! I read reviews by others about how they break easily. I couldn't believe it would happen to me....TWICE! If they use the same material as the Howard Leight ones and kept the same ear buds, these would be the best. But till then its just too expensive to keep replacing them once a week.

      Disappointed

      The plugs do not seem to fit inside my ear canal. They crunch up and not conform to the canal of my ear. I like the headset. Sound is not muffled like I would prefer.

      Band to small

      I bought 2 of these as I read in reveiws that they break in time but I wish I bought another brand as the band is to small its tight on my shin so when I move my mouth the plugs pull in and out, The plugs also take a long time to go back into shape when you pull them out..

      Excellent design. Average quality

      Great around the neck earplugs. Comfortable and hearing protection is above average. The plastic neck band is fragile however and you will likely have them snap in half unless you are super gentle when taking them on and off. @moldex fix this issue and you have a winner!
