I can charge my samsung s23 fe to about 90 percent if the battery is at 0 percent if the phone is turned off while power bank is plugged in charging it. If the phone is powered on and is being used i can recharge my samsung s23 fe about 45 to 65 percent before the power bank is dead.

It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great! CF cards are hard to find these days and this guy had them at a great price and having FedEx shipping available as an option was great too because of all the problems with the postal service. These arrived in small plastic bags, they were refurbished, not new, but that was my fault for not reading the description entirely. But no problem problem at all. They look like they are brand new cards to me.
