    I had a very positive experience with the seller. The seller stayed in contact with me until my package arrived. The product was excellent. It worked perfectly it was exactly what I needed. I gave the shipping time a four star only because the shipping company somehow miss placed my package. It was not the sellers issue. The seller did everything they could to get that to me as soon as possible and did a great job again communicating with me

    Shipped FedEx on 1/6/2025 to buyer's CA address. Current FedEx tracking shows arrival in CA on 1/16/2025. FedEx must have misrouted the shipment. It should not take this long. I advised the buyer that if the delivery is not ultimately completed, we will ship a replacement.

    Its OK!

    I put it in my closed and there was no difference in the humidity at all. It might be good to put by your bedside at night, I don't know? Yeah I was pretty disappointed!!!

    Love this Dehumidifier

    I have purchased 2 of them and will probably purchase another. i live in South Florida and HATE air conditioning. This dehumidifier keeps my clothes from mildew in the 2 closets I have them in. I probably am working it too hard as I don't always remember to close the closet door. They are a little expensive and I wore out my first one in 1 year. I remove about a pint of water from the unit every week when the temp here goes over 82 degrees. Thank you. Patricia

    Did not work!

    UV light and fan worked. After 96 hours (4 days) in my motorhome with humidity inside and out at 75° remain the same. There was no water in the reservoir, not a drop! Returned to purchase one that would work.
