This internal 100 GB hard drive drive has a 5400 RPM spindle speed, along with a 16 MB buffer. PC users will be pleased to know that the Toshiba MK1032GAX hard drive is compatible with a lot of interfaces that include the ATA/ATAPI-2 through ATA/ATAPI-6, ATA-100 and DMA/ATA-100. This internal 100 GB hard drive has an external transfer rate of 100 Mbps and a 12 ms seek time for fast data access. Internal transfer rates are clocked at 55.75 Mbit/s. The Toshiba MK1032GAX gives off sounds of 28 dB.
