      Slow to arrive, packaged poorly, and item arrived with broken parts. I paid for shipping and the item was flopping around in the box with little padding and no protection for small fragile parts. I dont know how this seller has 100% positive feedback. If they handle all packages like mine, they don't know how to properly ship an item. It even looks like maybe the small parts were broken before shipped. If that's the case there was no mention of broken parts in the listing anywhere.

      They has left negative feedback before even fully discussing a resolution. The product was shipped in a box and is in a hardshell case the was not damaged. None of the lights were damaged, just the barn doors. If this they were damaged in the way he claims, I am not sure how anyone would be able to take them on a shoot without damage. Shipping was not slow. Buyer Paid on October 6th and the package arrived on October 14. Would have arrived on October 13, but USPS was closed for Columbus Day.

      Works BETTER than expected. Flawless installation. TEN STARS!

      It exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be hard to install, with many phone calls to Verizon. Nothing like that happened! For me it was "plug and play." I simply plugged in the CAT5 Wi-Fi cable from the Starlink router, placed the GPS antenna on the window sill and plugged in the power cord from the included wall transformer. The unit went through a series of unassisted startup/configuration screens and it was up and running. Our cellphones and phone related devices worked perfectly. I have found the range of the unit is farther than expected ... perhaps 200 ft, or more. It was so nice to get a device that worked "right out of the box." I highly recommend this Network Extender.

      LTE Network Extender works great.

      Setup was a little difficult to hook up to verizon servers, but a 10 minute call to Verizon tech. and the extender works perfectly. I never got but 1 02 2 bars anywhere in my house or driveway, but now I have a full 5 bars everywhere in my house and yard. No more calls breaking up or dropping.. Facetime working great so far,

      Easy setup, works great!

      Had very spotty service resulting in poor phone call quality and slow data speeds when not on wifi, I now have full bars all the time in and even around the outside of my house and perfect call quality and more than usable speeds! One thing to keep in mind is you need a Verizon post paid account to activate the device with. Once its activated any Verizon user and any Verizon MVNO user such as spectrum mobile, visible etc... can benefit from this.

      Network Extender will not connect. Trie...

      Network Extender will not connect. Tried at two different locations. Tried to troubleshoot. Also installed a identical Verizon network extender at these locations and it worked. This confirms it isn't the location and in fact the Network Extender sold to me is defective.

      Verizon Booster

      Pro:Easy to install, my whole house now has full bars for my phone, no more dead stops con: does not come with data cable, something to pick up before it arrives so you will be able to set up when it arrives
