      The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

      Product listed as used but it came new in original packaging with no signs of wear. 10/10 condition. Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

      Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. The seller was quick to respond to messages. The micro SD card was missing, but other than that, the item was exactly as described. The seller responded with an offer to do a partial refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Seller seemed like they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Great experience, would definitely buy from again in the future!

      Great Design, Good Audio

      The strongest thing about these headphones is the feel and look of them with those distinctive Marshall design cues and solid build. My 14 year old Bose ANCs sound better and cancel noise better but feel cheap and plasticky compared to these metal and leather Marshall Monitor IIs. That said, these Marshalls are heavy and will rotate off your head if you move brusquely. Sound-wise, these are heavy on bass and mid-range and lack a bit of highs so the soundstage doesn’t seem very wide and the music isn’t quite as nicely balanced as my 14 year old Bose Quiet Comforts. I wish it had a proper On/Off switch too. I should probably have gone for Bose 700s but I get more enjoyment from the look and feel of these and decent sound than I would from a set with better sound and cheaper build. .

      Real great headphones

      Its good for the price, is well constructed, nice look, very small packing in the backpack, strong battery, usb c, 3.5 audio input, great noice canceling, very comfortable. The only thing is in Bluetooth mode, is not really bass boosted, but the quality of the sound is absolutely fine, also you can control with the app

      Great Sound & Quality Headphones 1 month

      These are my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, which have proved massively useful whilst stuck at home recently. I am able to concentrate due to how well they can block out all surrounding noise. The app is helpful in adjusting the EQ and other specifications which is very unique and can provide a tailored experience. I find the black colour stylish and sleek, the colour allows them to be versatile and not look out of place with any outfits, I also love the little style detail of the Marshall logo being in raised white lettering. Controls are very easy to use on both the product and smartphone app. They are very comfortable and not restricting around the ears. The volume levels are audible even at the lowest and immersive at the highest: perfect for watching films or working ...
