The parts were shipped the morning after I placed my order, however during shipping the package was damaged and two of the parts fell out. I contacted the seller and they immediately started the process to make things right. Luckily, my mail carrier found the missing pieces in the truck. The seller was very easy and pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them.
