Ordered on 14.07.2025 Almost two weeks later: item finally marked as shipped On 25.07: both items were cancelled without any explanation This is an incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional way to treat customers. I’ve received no response to my inquiries, and this whole experience has been outrageous. Never again.

Contacted seller on July 17th to inquire as to when item would be shipped and woke this morning to a refund. No communication.
