There was a sleeve and top loader provided however; the card wasn't in it, the top loader just had an empty sleeve in it, the card did receive some damage to it through shipping or because of this. I'm not too upset as I only paid $15 for it. Also the game runs fine on my Wii! I'll leave some pictures! I sadly couldn't upload a video. 😞
