The item wasn’t even processed by USPS until July 10—way too late. Now it’s useless to me. Seller showed no concern, no communication, and no professionalism. Avoid this seller if you expect even the slightest level of responsibility or customer service.

Took USPS 9 days to find my address after sending item to 12 different distribution centers across the Eastern and Northern United States. Item was package and address perfectly. Was NOT the sellers fault for the delayed delivery. Seller offered to ship another one once we observed the package was taking the scenic route across the Eastern United States. Seller was apologetic for the delay of item but was nothing they did wrong.

Only missing from the description is the small fact that there is no way to set the time on the watch except pairing it with one's cellular phone. Would not suggest buying these if one does not have a cell phone or has no cell signal in their area. Contrary to mass assumption, not everyone has a cell.
