When they arrived everything g was fine other than the Superstart product was 5ml and not 15ml as stated on the website. I contacted the seller and sent him photos to demonstrate the issue. The seller responded v very positively and sent me additional product. I was very pleased at the experience and would recommend this seller. It's important if something isn't quite right that you can have confidence the seller will sort.

I checked that I had ordered correctly which I had and contacted the seller several times over the last week and this is still not resolved. Have asked for a refund but the seller wants me to send the six items back at my expense which I won't do as it was their mistake and would not be cheap.I will not be using this seller again and I will be taking it further if I don't get my refund.
