My only issue was with delivery but that’s on usps as they didn’t update their tracking properly and then sent the package to a facility 10 minutes from me and then back to the edge of the state to two facilities two hours away and then back to the same facility 10 minutes away and then to my post office. Don’t recommend usps at all but will definitely recommend this seller. Checked the charge cycles and charge capacity and it was as described. I faced charging issues at the start however seller was very responsive and helped me troubleshoot issues. He even offered me to refund it in case of any issues. However with his help, I managed to get past the issues. Great seller!

I bought it expecting new as that was the listed condition but look at the description closer I saw they described it was pulled from a working unit and new to them is at least a 90% capacity. The one I got was pulled very roughly from a unit (damage all around mounts) and came with 88% capacity and some damage to the back. Happy with seller as they were quick to respond and I was able to get it returned.HP BATTERY MODEL SP04XL (#135436241598)
