For some reason when this item was shipped out, the seller did not pay the postage so my item was not delivered. The item that I ordered was very small and could fit in a regular letter size envelope so I don't understand why the postage wasn't paid. I have seen other reviews in regards to shipping issues about the seller but also other reviews praising the seller so take this for what it's worth.
