Communication was amazing; not perfect english but he was kind, patient, and professional. He sent sketches and colour options (we accidentally chose slightly redder than usual). The rug is genuinely stunning: thick, soft, beautifully made (better than ones in the thousands), packaged with care, and delivered super quickly. Regular updates re the order & progress. Very well packaged for international transit, arrived in good condition. Rug is great quality, & looks fabulous in my living room. All in all very good value, comparable rugs in the UK more expensive. It came securely wrapped and arrived within the predicted window. I had seen it for sale at a more expensive price elsewhere and was thrilled to get the real thing for an affordable price here.
