I gave four stars for the item description only because it was not clear to me anyway, that you were bidding/purchasing only one of the shoes. When I received my package I contacted the seller as I though I was purchasing three shoes and only received one. I was surprised when she advised me that the bid was for one shoe, not the three in the picture. The liquid spilled all over the wrapping, all over the box, and was delivered to me in a bag because the liquid spilled everywhere. I waited over 10 days for this product and the seller will not refund. He is blaming the incident on the people that handled the product. I waited over 10 days and I paid $8.55 shipping. You are the first to have an issue. I always pack my merchandise carefully. I apologize that you had a bad experience. My ratings speak for themselves. I have not wronged you, in any way. As a buyer, I have had many issues with things that were shipped to me. I've never blamed the seller for negligence when the package was clearly mishandled. Have a great day and God bless.

They were thrown in a box with a piece of cardboard & a single layer of bubble wrap set on top, which offered no protection whatsoever. Vintage frames like this should be wrapped carefully when shipped.
