They communicated throughout the whole of the process, so great job. Do let me know if you have more B grade Zombie movies!

However, it turned out they had sent the purchase - a video - within about two days of my payment. The packaging used was the best for a video under my own preferences and packaged in an actual eBay padded bag. Which was perfectly suited to my needs, ie NOT an excessive overuse of plastics. VHS video as shown and described using Item Specifics. Clear picture and sound. Would recommend. A+
