But immediately out of the box, they look right, fully dry and no extraneous debris. They also smell right, there is a subtle sweetness that you notice when you open the box, and even more so the bag. I've been roasting now for a couple decades, so I know these beans will roast up and make some good coffee. Great value, exceptionally fast delivery. Thanks!
