There was a mix up with the tracking number of my purchase and another purchase from someone else that was mailed the same day as mine, causing a big misunderstanding of a misdelivered package. Weirdly enough, the two tracking numbers were almost identical! He packaged painting in makeshift flimsy box & painting arrived with frame broken on both sides down to plastic & no way to fix. I contacted him, he was extremely rude & told me to claim insurance from shipper (which I could not do because I am recipient). He then said money already spent- no return. eBay stepped in to assist.
