I sent photos to the seller, but she unbelievably & blatantly denied seeing those obvious flaws. I agreed to a partial credit to avoid repackaging the scarf & waiting in line at a big city post office for the return. I'll never wear this scarf & I regret agreeing to that partial credit. I'll never do that again.
