The item was listed as free shipping on the east. I'm as far east in my location as possible. However, instead of reaching out and asking me if I would be will to cover some of the shipping cost (because I know a fire pit is heavy) he refunded me and them double the price of the item so he could still say free shipping. This item ships from a warehouse and for whatever reason, they would not ship to her address. My prices go up automatically when my supplier raises their price - shipping had NOTHING to do with it.
