She had an older Bernina sewing/embroidery machine that was connected to her laptop. We gave my sister the laptop and she updated the OS. Recently, after picking up the Sewing Machine, I leaned that the software is obsolete and the ONLY way to run it is with XP! IT WORKED!!!! YOU NEVER WHY ONE NEEDS WHAT THEY NEED!!! Thanks sooo much! Battery is not covered under warranty due to it is considered a perishable item. In the event you need a new one they can be purchased on ebay for $20

USPS wasn't kind to the packaging, but it was done well enough to prevent any actual damage to the contents, which is all I could reasonably have asked for. Computer is excellent in all respects and practically LN. Would definitely recommend this seller.
