They did offer to let me return it for a full refund, but I live in a neighborhood with clusterboxes, so it's inconvenient for me to hassle with a return. All of my items are NEW unless otherwise stated. I buy from wholesalers so not every item has a "price tag" as buyer eluded to when asking for a refund without returning the item. Buyer has a long history of leaving passive aggressive / neutral / negative feedback. Sellers Beware! Buyer also sells on Ebay so not being able to return item due to neighborhood mailbox issue doesn't pass the scam test!
