I mostly stay at home and offices, so I can use Wifi there. When outside, the data, message and call plan is more than enough for me to use. The activation code was sent to my email. I don't have to wait for the paper mail. Just use the activation code on my redpocket account and I got a phone plan for another year.

The online chat works perfectly if you need to resolve an issue. The PIN for the yearly plan was e-mailed within a couple of days, and the code was instantly recognized, unlike previous years when you had to manually have the rep update the plan.

No shipping occurred, but still got charged for shipping.. If you want the yearly renewal, do yourself a favor and renew off the Red Pocket website (requires login).
