I contacted the seller who said I should have checked the size but I could return the item and I would be refunded if the item was returned "in as new condition, with unopen packaging" and that " the seller is not responcible for return fees". The seller had since updated the listing ie compatible models

The issue was with royal mail who told me it's was on its way , it was tracked but took 5 days and,numerous times of trying to contact royal mail who kept saying nobody to accept delivery .we were in 24/7 . Product from seller brilliant. Would never use royal mail again
