no mounting screws came with it, and had to cut off the white wires connector to the speaker an replace as the connector was way too small for the speaker post

Adapter rings that came with and were listed to fit my year dakota were to small in height and would cause my new speakers to hit the window tracks, there was also no hardware included to mount the speaker to this adapter ring. I reused my existing taller rings that were standard for the truck modified them by drilling them and found hardware in the shop that would work, The speaker magnets are slightly deeper and do still touch the window track but just. didn’t mind terribly since I am a mechanic but was annoyed that these didn’t quite fit for what they were listed for and was missing hardware to mount the way they suggested. Almost Perfect!
I ordered these for my 2012 Tacoma. First they claimed to be "direct fit" and second the price was very good. They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and seemed to be well made so I popped off a rear door panel and instantly realized that "direct fit" was referencing the connector pig tail and I would need to find some adapter plates to actually mount them, not exactly "direct fit". After some searching I found what I needed-----two rings that allowed the speakers to be bolted to the doors. The rings fit perfectly and the speakers sound amazing, way better than the ones that came from Toyota. Had the seller included the information about needing the adapters I would have tossed up five stars! I ordered these for my 2012 Tacoma. 2001 Isuzu Trooper Limited
Front door speakers are 5.25" and not 6.5 as shown and shipped. Found a set of 3 way 5.25's at Walmart for $24 a pair 160W to replace the 30W 5080's. Please note that there is nothing ( other then the size) wrong with the set they sent me!!!! Just sharing so the next customer doesn't screw up.

Speaker enclosure requires extensive modifications to fit. Speakers provide excellent sound quality improvement. Advertised as “fits “but speaker magnet and coil is larger than stock Bose speakers.

Decent speakers
Speakers sound good but doesn't come with any mounting hardware or wire leads. Not a direct direct fit for Kia. Have to drill holes or find an adapter to mount and supply wires and terminals to hook up to vehical wiring. Not happy to remove old speaker then to go to mount new speaker and then find out no hardware supplied.
