The Boss CHAOS EXXTREME CH4330 is a car component system that redefines audio quality and music-listening experience. With 200-watt nominal power and 400-watt peak power handling, this Boss car speaker is a 3-way mid-range speaker and tweeter. The Boss CHAOS EXXTREME CH4330 has two Piezo dome tweeters and non-enclosed mounting. The red polymide injection cone of the Boss car speaker, with an aluminum interior and black grill, offers a unique, custom look for the interior of the vehicle. The voice coil of this 3-way car speaker is made of 1-inch high temperature aluminum, made to withstand rigorous play and high internal car temperatures, thus delivering excellent sound experience. The mounting depth of the Boss CHAOS EXXTREME CH4330 is 2.375 x 11.3 x 5.16-inches. This 3-way car speaker is designed for easy installation and fits into existing mounts, making it unnecessary to change the original auto manufacturer's configuration of the speaker layouts.

I recently bought these to replace some old old Pioneer speakers in my truck,(1987 GMC Jimmy full size). They installed very quickly, about 30 minutes, but I have to turn up the volume much higher to get them to sound as loud as the old ones. They respond more like a 8 ohm than 4. The sound is very clear once you crank them up high enough to hear them. An amplifier may help these, but it may cause them a short life. I would recommend these if you are on a serious budget and they are the size you need, and you don't care if they play real loud. I'm ordering a new set of Pioneer TS-A4103. Poor fit, quiet sound
Put these into a Tahoe, the threads on the supplied screws were m3 which was not right and I had to retap the existing holes in order to use those screws. Glad I had an M3 tap. Then trying to install them the holes dont line up! Was only able to get two screws on each speaker. The install wasnt too bad but only because I had the right tools on hand. Sound Quality: I really dont know. They are too quiet to hear when playing from my head unit and I'm not about to buy an amplifier for a 40$ set of speakers. When I crank the radio all I get is barely audible garbled junk because the radio is putting out every ounce of power it can and is clipping. Very inefficient speakers. 1987 Pontiac Fiero
They fit into the factory locations perfectly. The sound is good. 4x10 and 4x6 speakers never really sound great so that is just the way they are. The build quality is very good. If you need these sizes I have not found speakers that are any better. The price was just icing on the cake. We are very happy. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because of the fore mentioned sound quality.

Clean sound
These are great speakers bought them for an oldsmobile cutlass supreme since the rear speakers are 4x10 I went with these bad boys they are really good quality speakers I recommend highly and you can't beat the price
