The product was delivered in the condition as promised. The packaging looked slightly worn but not more than expected for an item no longer in production and likely many years old. The price seemed reasonable for a discontinued item. There was a slight (2 days) delay in delivery but not an obstacle for us since the a/c unit was our upstairs unit. When it arrived I loaded the batteries and it fit perfectly into the existing base and started the a/c immediately. Overall we are pleased.

The item in question was brand new in its original packaging, it was exactly what i expected and it was at a great price compared to other places trying to sell the motor. The shipping box arrived without damage along with the motor inside and it is working perfectly. the item that arrived appeared exactly as shown and described.

Huge improvement over analog thermostats
I have purchased and installed 4 of these. They are easy to install and setup. They arrived programed and ready to go. The only thing you need to do is set the clock which controls the temperature cycle changes from morning, day to night. The programs are adjustable to suit your preferences. I prefer to use the "away" setting in rooms that are seldom used during the winter months. Our home is all baseboard electric heat and we have 14 thermostats, one for each room or specific area of our house. I will be installing more as the budget allows. Important: These are "line voltage" thermostats they operate at 220 volts. Do not mistake these for the low voltage units used on zone heating for home furnaces and gas fireplaces. Great features
Been looking for a thermostat for years that is compatible with my base board heaters, since my house was built in the 70's, I wanted a thermostat to where I could set the temperature. This thermostat delivers what I need and has a back up light to make seeing it more convenient.

Programable Thermostate
I replaced all of my old mechanical thermostat controls throughout my house and shop. This unit is for line voltage, double pole. Work great with my area wall heaters. The one in my bedroom is my alarm clock. I love the programability, set it and forget it. I also like being able to get the same control for all my heaters, so I don't have to learn each different one.

Best line voltage thermostat
This is the best line voltage thermostat available. Between work and home, I have over a dozen of these installed. It is a two pole controller, so both legs of the 240 are dead at the heating device, when it is switched off. A key safety feature. It also lets you set temperatures as low as 41-degrees F, and displays down to 32-degrees. I install these to control the heaters in pump houses. Most other controllers will only set down to 50-degrees, so over the course of a long cold winter, the power saved pays for the thermostat. Finally, it is one of a few line voltage thermostats that will work with fan driven electric heaters. All in all, I don’t know of another thermostat that is as flexible in application, and that is as safe. This is the best line voltage thermostat available. Nice look and simple to operate
I have installed over a dozen of these in our home built in 1985 with all electric baseboard heating and 15 zones. These are pre-programmed for the 7 day cycle. The only thing I change is lowering the peak operating temperature. For rooms we don't occupy during the winter, they are set in manual mode and kept low until necessary. See the pictures. Overriding the program is easy. One touch changes the mode from program to manual then use the arrow keys to set the temperature you wish to maintain.I have installed over a dozen of these in our home built in 1985 with all electric baseboard heating and 15 zones.
