I like the styling. The price was right. However some callers told me they have trouble hearing me; that there are dropouts. I do not know for sure if the issues are due to the Storm or just a bad cellular signal. However the complaints are more frequent since I got the Storm. I need to do some research. Battery life is OK. The model I used before I bought the Storm (my dog chomped on it and broke it) had longer battery life. Furthermore I am disappointed the Storm works only with phones and not computers (I did not try it with my Android tablets). Jabra customizes many of its headsets for phone use only. Lastly, the Storm did not immediately connect to my phone. It should work with Bluetooth and NFC, However neither connected until I installed the Jabra Assistant app. The app works ... Fits my ear nicely
This headset is a big improvement, for me, over the more expensive Jabra MOTION, which was too fat to go around my ear. The STORM is thin, light and has a good reach with its Bluetooth radio. If I could make one change/improvement it would be to design the portion that fits the ear canal so it is tighter in the ear. If I put my finger on the round speaker and apply slight pressure I get better sound. The way it's currently designed it will not block out more than a small portion of surrounding sounds. The battery appears to last (I have not yet used it long enough on a single charge to drain the battery) and conversations sound good. I would recommend this headset unless you want to use it primarily for listening to music/audiobooks, in which case the LG model HBS-760 is an excellent ... works well just doesnt fit me well
This headset works well. Has good range and looks nice My problem with it is the fit. Maybe just my ears but it would fit better if it hung down a bit farther. It rests under my ear lobe and makes it stick out. Also the part that goes in my ear doesnt fit tightly so while listening to music or watching a video I have to push it into my ear and hold it that way while listening. Phone calls are loud enough that I can hear them without holding it however. All in all its a good value for the price I paid and I am using it but would be happier if it fit better. Not compatible
It will not pair with my iPhone. I have had this same Bluetooth back a few years ago and never had problems with it. I have tried everything I know to do but just cannot get it to pair. It will not even show up on my phone.

Jabra headset
This is a great headset. It stays in place and is easy to hear the calls. I have two phones and its great for both phones. It would be nice if they provided a variety of sizes for the orange ear piece.
