THEY INSTANTLY RESPONDED ! Said it was probly the battery and had UPS pick up me a replacement battery .Sure enough it was the battery. Phone works fine .Coustomer service is exceptionally good .I like doing buiness with vendors that are on the ball.Good job!

I had issues with one of the phones and I had to contact the seller. I got a response within 24 hours and they sent me another device that day. Took 3 days as promised and the phone has been working with 0 problems. I plan on purchasing another phone soon. Good value for an unlocked phone. Would give the experience 5 stars out of 5. Thanks

I was not pleased but the seller was quick to respond and did offer a full refund or a $15 discount should I keep the phone. To avoid more hassle, I took option 2. I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume this was an honest mistake.
