I won an auction of a nice card at a great price, a week went by and I noticed the card hadn’t been mailed yet so I reached out to the seller. He told me that the card was damaged so he didn’t mail it but also didn’t mention it to me until I asked. I stated I wanted to see a picture because I may still want the card with a little damage. He then said the card was ripped in half. Then didn’t refund for another 5-7 days later
