It shipped as promised. It was the best price on eBay for this item and there were numerous more expensive or higher shipping. This was a very good deal and great communication with seller. Package arrived quickly- appreciate that. The plastic package was open all the way across the top(Yikes!!); and the item was still inside. Don’t know how/where the pkg was opened unless damaged by USPS.
