The packaging was odd for a comic. It was sandwiched between flat cardboard with no bubble wrap and tape that very hard to remove. During removal of the packaging I was continually worried about damaging the book with either my scissors or bending the spine.

Item was in its “on the shelf” box and then in a tight fitting cardboard box. NO bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts were used for padding for shock. Items are NOT damaged in the fall - - it is the SHOCK OF THE IMPACT OF COMING TO A SUDDEN STOP. Provide packing to absorb the impact.
