It was purchased as new in an opened box and matched the pictures the seller had posted. All communication was courteous and thorough. They were very patient with me. It took me a while to realize I needed to process the transaction differently if I wanted to change the ship-to address, so they had to cancel and re-list the item twice before I finally was successful. Great seller!

Packaging ensured model arrived undamaged. Model was as described with all the parts included. Value is of the fact this type with this engine is retired from United and its bigger twin the 767 is not too far behind.

The item took a couple of days to make movement in the beginning, but after it arrived at the post office the item arrived very quickly and a day before expected.
